All purchases are subject to compliance with state and federal alcohol shipping regulations. We only ship to states and locations where the shipment of distilled spirits is legally permitted. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery of alcohol is legal at their shipping address.

Product descriptions, including alcohol by volume (ABV) and sizes, are provided for informational purposes. We strive to ensure accuracy in all information, but actual products may differ slightly from the descriptions provided. All purchases are intended strictly for personal consumption and are not for resale.
4. Ordering and Payment
All orders placed are subject to acceptance by Salem Spirits. Payment must be processed through our approved payment processor. We retain the right to cancel or refuse any orders that violate applicable laws or these Terms and Conditions.
5. Shipping and Delivery
All shipments require an adult signature upon delivery (21 years of age or older). Salem Spirits is not responsible for any delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier. The risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery of the order.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products (alcohol), all sales are final unless the product is found to be defective or damaged during shipping. Claims for damage must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and must include photographic evidence of the damage.

Salem Spirits Moonshine is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, the purchase of our products, or the consumption of alcohol. By purchasing our products, you agree to consume alcohol responsibly and to comply with all applicable laws.
